OPM is working with the federal HR community to devise qualification standards. The following are two draft versions of qualification standards for the Human Resources Management Series 0201 and HR Assistance 0203. These are still in the DRAFT stage and can not be used to qualify candidates for current vacancies.
0201 – HR Management Series
0203 – HR Assistance Series
