Onboarding: Free Webinar - 1/28/11 - 1:00pm (EDT)

Onboarding Webinar

Please refer all you questions and comments to the website and Kaiser Associates listed below.

The huge success and overwhelming interest in the Kaiser Associates Successful Onboarding webinar hosted in November 2010 has prompted them to conduct a repeat version of the webinar to be held on Friday, January 28 at 1 pm EST
Onboarding is, and will continue to be, a critical business imperative this year as the economy continues to recover.  In December 2010 alone, Private Sector employment increased from 92,000 in November to 297,000, as compared to conservative estimates of ~100,000. In this current economic climate, getting a higher rate of return from new hire investments and determining more effective means to engage, deploy, develop and retain critical human capital investments remains a priority for HR professionals and supervisors.

Please join us for another interactive one hour session to learn how to establish and sustain an effective new hire onboarding program by which your organization can:

1. Drive increased performance from your new hires
2. Establish yourself as an “Employer of Choice”
3. Reduce attrition levels, and improve attrition mix (i.e., keep more of the ones that you deserve to keep)
4. Reduce time to productivity, and increase level of productivity for all of your new hire investments

You will come away from this webinar with an overall framework for driving onboarding excellence and helping make the most of your new hires with particular emphasis on readiness, productivity, and transparency, as well as guidance on how to build the business case internally for this powerful initiative.

This is a repeat of our first webinar (for those who missed it or wanted to invite colleagues).
This invitation has been extended as a free session and that you may invite others.
