Federal Recruiting and Retention Addressed By New Reports

The Federal Government is on a journey to improve its hiring and retention numbers through establishment of best practices.  The Partnership For Public Service sponsored a number of reports that inform on these and the state of recruitment and improving work conditions to keep the talent.  Sprinkled in the reports are some great examples of agency best practices that can be used as role models for others.
