The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) hosts a web training site for Purchase Card Holder Training. Even seasoned card holders can learn the nuances of the proper ways of using the card.
Similarly, the U.S. Navy hosts their own site for Purchase Card Training and offers online, download and audio versions of the training.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has their own site for use of Charge Card training and is located at http://www.dm.usda.gov/procurement/ccsc/ .
