Federal Retirement Planning E-Learning

On Thursday, several small federal agency representatives viewed a demo of on of the online courses in TSP, Retirement, and Financial Planning offered by Debbie Mason, a Certified Financial Planner with Dmason Financial.

With this online training, agency members can provide financial literacy and retirement planning training for employees anytime and anywhere.  Participants can take the course for their Federal retirement system (CSRS, CSRS Special, FERS, FERS Special) and their career stage (Early, Mid, or Late Career).  They will learn about their federal benefits and learn financial planning and investing skills.  They can include their federal annuity, TSP, and other savings in their personal financial plan.

For those mini federal agencies interested, Dmason Financial has offered to provide discounts based on quantities purchased by the mini-fed agencies.  As an example, the normal cost of a classroom-based workshop for about 20 participants is more than the typical cost to provide this e-learning to several hundred individuals.
