Blogger and author Jennifer Tucker authored an interesting and insightful book, Introduction To Type and Project Management (PM), that elaborates and informs users on how best to develop and use strategies that marry every phase of a project with the advantageous side of a team members’ type. Type is a reference to the Myers Briggs Type Indicator assessment tool that includes 16 types of teams. The tool describes how to benefit from recognizing the strengths and weaknesses inherent with various types in particular PM phases and workplace settings.
