Open-Ended Question Development In Mediation Training

As we have been writing about interview skills and techniques that apply, this mediation training manual offers a section on open-ended questions and how to develop and incorporate into active listening. For example:

“Ask open-ended questions”:

– “Tell us about the situation.”

– “Can you say more about that?”

– “What happened next?”

This manual is a great resource that is in itself a curriculum package with instructor content in facilitating basic mediation training.
