Rules For Cooperating As A Team:


  •     Attendance – keep it simple with no interruptions during meetings
  • Discussion – all topics are considered and no censorship
  • Confidentiality – team comments remain private and confidential unless all agree to their release as team business.
  •  Analytic Approach -  keep discussions and directions focused around facts.
  •  Constructive Confrontation – let everyone contribute without fear of blame or harsh criticism.
