A newly released manager survey by CareerBuilder conducted between November and December 2010 found;
26% of managers indicating they were not ready to lead when they first started.
58% said they had not received any management training!
25% of responders claimed their bosses were not capable of handling team member conflicts; and
A whopping 30% noted that major organization changes were made without them having received any notice from higher management.
On the positive side, 59% rated their direct supervisor as doing a good job.
