Master of Arts versus Master of Science In HR Management

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) provides a List of HR Programs that align with SHRM’s Guides.  When researching Human Resources Master Degrees consider what is appropriate for your learning needs.  The Master of Arts (MA)  is heavier on the theoretical side or ways of thinking about HR versus the Master of Science (MS) degrees which focus more on the "how to" portion of human resources.
