The Training Officers Consortium or TOC, as it is commonly referred to, is an organization of federal trainers and other professionals from industry and academe who are interested in human resources and training issues. Their members provide services and networking opportunities to the federal training community throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area as far south as Hampton, Virginia. Take a peek at their upcoming 2012 presentations that are given at their monthly meetings. Note: there are usually no meetings held during the summer months.
