Non-Profit organizations and advocacy groups can offer a wealth of information. Financial literacy programs are often coordinated and administered by local, state and national groups. In Maryland, there is MDCash.org, which promotes financial literacy through a variety of awareness, training and education programs. Their website offers a wealth of resources.
