The Training Officers Consortium (TOC), in addition to its April 2012 Institute, offers a 10 month, September 2011 - June 2012, lecture and workshop series featuring specialists in human resource development, education, technology, economics, business, political science, and personal development. These luncheon sessions are held at the Fort McNair Officer's Club in Washington DC.
The TOC was established to help provide training and resources to the Washington DC community since 1938.
TOC is accepting award nominations to recognize effort and professionalism for the following categories:
- Spencer Logan Leadership
- Leadership Development
- Innovation
- Human Capital Management
- Change Management
- IT Training
- Learning Management Systems
- Return on Investment
Nominations must be submitted online in the
Awards section of the TOC website:
www.trainingofficers.org no later than April 13
at 4 p.m. Awards will be presented at the Annual
Awards Ceremony on June 12, 2012.
