Should Be:
Descriptive not evaluative.
Specific not general.
Clear not vague.
Concerned with changeable behavior not concerned with uncontrollable qualities.
Well timed not delayed or after the fact.
Given in small doses not overloaded.
Directed to not directed about.
Owned by me not owned by others.
Checked out for clarity not railroaded.
Asked for (solicited) not force fed.
Well intended not hurtful!
