The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking training proposals from vendors to conduct workshops for their upcoming management conference to be held in Baltimore, Maryland, March 16 to March 18, 2011.  Please review the the conference schedule and RFP particulars at the link posted herein.  Refer all comments to the USPTO.

My name is Rosie Saberton from the Enterprise Training Division – Human Resources of the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
I’m sending you this message to solicit a proposal to present at the USPTO Management Conference being held March 16 – 18 this year.
The target audience for the conference is all supervisors, managers and senior executives from the USPTO. I have enclosed the request for proposal (RFP) for the various workshops we plan to provide at the conference and the proposed agenda for the conference. We hope that you will consider bidding on the workshops and send your proposals back to us in the expected timeframe.
