Most Important Email Etiquette

Keep it short.
Reply to ALL Sparingly.
Don’t reply when angry.
Use bullets to express main points.
Do not attach unnecessary files.
Assume the public will read your email.
Resist jokes, they do not transmit well.
Use the subject line to inform: e.g. Decision Needed, Marketing Deal, Appointment Scheduled.
